Agreement to Terms

By engaging PJ Kool Aircond Service for air conditioning services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all services provided including chemical wash, repair, installation, chemical overhaul, and commercial maintenance.

Services

Service Scope

  • All services are performed by our senior technicians with 5+ years of experience.
  • Service appointments are subject to availability and scheduling.
  • We service residential and commercial air conditioning units of all major brands.
  • Our service area covers Petaling Jaya, Damansara, Subang Jaya, Kelana Jaya, Bandar Utama, Kota Damansara, and Puchong.

Service Hours

  • Monday – Saturday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Sunday: Closed

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed on our website are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of standard service charges.
  • Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition and complexity of the job.
  • Any additional parts or materials required will be quoted separately before proceeding.
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept: Cash, Online Banking, Credit Card.

Warranty

  • All services come with our 30-Day Warranty.
  • The warranty covers workmanship issues related to the service performed.
  • Warranty does not cover pre-existing conditions, misuse, or damage caused by third parties.
  • Replacement parts carry the manufacturer's warranty where applicable.

Customer Obligations

  • Provide accurate information about your air conditioning system and issues.
  • Ensure safe and reasonable access to the unit(s) to be serviced.
  • Be present (or have an authorised representative present) during the service.
  • Inform us of any relevant building rules or access requirements.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 2 hours' notice.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the service performed.
  • We are not liable for issues caused by pre-existing defects, power surges, or improper use.
  • We carry professional indemnity insurance for all our services.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of PJ Kool Aircond Service and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this website.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
