No — the RM50 diagnostic fee is waived if you proceed with the recommended repair. The fee only applies if you choose not to go ahead with the repair after our technician has diagnosed the problem.
Are there any hidden charges or transport fees?
No. The price we quote on WhatsApp is the price you pay. We do not add transport surcharges, fuel fees, or parking fees for any location within our covered service areas in PJ and KL.
Do you charge more for inverter aircond units?
Our chemical wash pricing is based on horsepower (HP) and unit type (wall or ceiling), not whether it's an inverter or non-inverter model. However, certain repairs on inverter units may cost more due to specialised PCB boards and components.
